Thank you, Wendy and Barry for excellent customer service in the recent purchase of our new vehicle. You go above and beyond and demonstrate patience, caring and teaching as you guide customers through their choice. We actually looked at another vehicle in April and test drove it. Barry was considerate and did not pester us with high pressure sales tactics. Wendy does a highly professional job of completion of paper work and takes time to explain details slowly. Barry had the vehicle ready, impeccably detailed and full of gas when we picked it up. We will definitely be repeat customers and will recommend you folks to our friends and family! “We purchased a 2017 Ram Laramie 4×4 Quad-Cab Truck – beautiful black with chrome, exactly 3 weeks ago from Jackson Motors. We love our truck. It was purchased mainly for my hubby – but I get the privilege to drive it a bit too! We have been friends with Barry & Wendy for a few years now. We already knew what amazing people they were. We were just toying with the idea of buying a newer truck – but nothing serious. I went on the Jackson Motor’s website and saw this beauty. I love the pictures they provide – of every angle so you know exactly what you are getting. I showed the hubby and we made an appointment to test-drive the truck the next day. The pictures didn’t lie – the 2017 Ram was in exceptional shape and when we test drove it – it sealed the deal. Barry explained everything about the truck to my husband and Wendy and I talked finance. I went to my bank but wasn’t satisfied with the terms they were offering so I went back to Wendy and she went to work and found us a very nice rate, and explained every little detail to us. We signed the paperwork and the deal was done. Barry had the truck all safetied and ready to go for us 2 days later. I love the fact that Barry is a mechanic and that he knows his stuff. He went over everything with the hubby and said to stop by if we had any questions at all. His Slogan “Buy from a Mechanic, not a guy in a tie” sure fits him well. Wendy was so knowledgeable, patient, and just so easy to talk with – she made the whole process feel like we just had to push the “Easy” button. This couple, they certainly are the ones you want to see first when buying a vehicle – I can’t praise them enough. We are a very happy satisfied couple that will come back to see them when I need a newer vehicle myself, and we highly recommend them to everyone!”

Mathew, I know you are disappointed that we would NOT sell you the AS IS used truck. I hear you and I understand your frustration. As I previously explained to you, the truck required too much work and it is a “handy man” special. I know from my experience as a Class A Mechanic for 35 years, that the truck you looked at from our AS IS/AS TRADED section would far exceed your $5,000 budget… today and most likely down the road since the truck already has over 170,000 kms.
I have always been a really big believer in great customer service and it is hard for me to come to terms with the idea that I have to say no to someone – thankfully it happens only rarely.
While I wouldn’t sell you that vehicle since I didn’t think it would be suitable as your first ride, I could help you find a Safety and E-Tested truck in the price range that fits your budget should you decide to give us the opportunity.
